The miracle pants were widely advertised online. This aroused my curiosity because the trousers are supposed to act like a kind of lymphatic drainage. And I could really use that after my hip operation. The miracle of the pants, which look like normal leggings, is the nubs on the inside.
The nubs inside the miracle pants are so fine that you can’t see any of them on the outside of the elastic material. But with every step and even more so with every sporting activity, these nubs become active. They move the layers of tissue between each other. In this way, they have a positive effect on lymph congestion, varicose veins, spider veins, cellulite, lymphoedema, lipoedema and weak venous valves. A kind of compression with a simultaneous massage takes place.

The pants are easy to put on and take off. No hard work like with fitted compression pants. They are 100% breathable and fit perfectly. You can wear them on their own or as a supplement. Now in winter I use them to wear underneath my regular trousers.
It is important that the miracle pants fit comfortably and not too tightly, because it is not about maximum pressure. On the contrary. The pimples need space to work optimally. So make sure you order the right size. The pants must go well over the abdominal center of gravity. This is where most of the lymph nodes and lymph channels are located, between the navel and pubic bone. This is why this area is also known as the watershed and the inguinal nodes.
Correct measurement
The lymph nodes and the pathways in the hollow of the knee are drained up to the ankles when the wonder pants are worn. This creates a suction effect that stimulates lymph flow throughout the body. To guarantee the optimum fit, it is best to measure three circumferences on the body. 1. waist – belly button height, 2. hips – belly button height and 3. the thickest part of the thigh. Always measure a little tight. If you are between two sizes, it is better to order the larger size.
I wear M and ordered L – in my favorite pattern Leo, by the way. But they are also available in a single color. The wonder pants fit perfectly and don’t restrict me – neither in everyday life nor during sports. However, I found the pants very long, so I simply cut them off at the ankle. It’s no problem because the tubular material doesn’t pull any threads even after cutting them off and washing them several times (by hand!).
In the first few days I noticed that I had to go to the toilet much more often, which speaks for an activation of the lymphatic activity. And I feel more efficient, especially during sport, because my muscles don’t tire so quickly and need less time to regenerate afterwards.
