More length and volume?

This mascara is supposed to be “the world’s only metallic, nourishing, and regenerating mascara.” Nonsense! If you search online, you’ll find other mascaras with a metallic spiral brush (e.g. Olivia Blaire), that separates the lashes well. And what harmful ingredients is a “normal” mascara supposed to contain that “further dry out lashes that are already getting shorter”? These days, all mascaras contain nourishing and conditioning ingredients.

I’m more than eager to see the promised results. Unfortunately, after using the Ironeye mascara, my eyelashes are neither five times longer nor do they have more volume. And as far as the prospect of increased growth goes, I’m also rather skeptical. The shea butter (Butyrospermum Parkii) it contains is supposed to “intensively nourish, protect against breakage, and support natural eyelash growth.” What shea butter can and cannot actually do: While it does nourish the eyelashes and moisturize them with vitamins and fatty acids, it does not promote eyelash growth, since the length of the lashes is also genetically determined.
